Information processed

The launch-list controls are disabled. No email address, product update choice, account, payment detail, or message is collected by this website at this stage.

We have not added analytics or advertising trackers, and the page does not create a marketing profile about you.

When you visit, the hosting, delivery, and security infrastructure necessarily receives limited technical data needed to return and protect the page. This may include your IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, and diagnostic or security-log data.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. That communication takes place outside the disabled launch-list interface.

Purposes and lawful bases

Technical data is processed to deliver the website, maintain its security, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in operating a secure and reliable public website.

Contact information is processed to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract. The lawful bases are Article 6(1)(f) and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We may also process information when required by a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Hosting and service providers

OpenAI Ireland Ltd provides the Sites hosting service and processes end-user data on our behalf. Its current subprocessor list names Cloudflare, Ltd. for content delivery network and web-hosting services. Cloudflare services also provide DNS and network security for gomake.now. These providers may handle request information only as needed to provide hosting, delivery, security, moderation, or support. We do not sell personal data.

International processing

Sites does not currently offer a data-residency choice. End-user request data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. OpenAI states that EEA transfers are protected by an adequacy decision where available or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cloudflare states that applicable transfers to the United States are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and that it uses Standard Contractual Clauses, including supplementary measures, where required.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our website code does not use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies and does not include third-party advertising pixels. Hosting or security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the service. Because we do not use optional cookies or trackers, we do not display a cookie-consent banner.

Retention

The website does not create its own visitor analytics database or user profiles. Hosting and security data is retained under the applicable platform settings and agreements only for as long as needed to host, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service, and afterward only to complete deletion or comply with law.

Contact correspondence is kept while we handle the request and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted or anonymised unless it becomes part of a contract, legal claim, or record that must be retained by law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email hello@special.lu. We may need to verify your identity before responding and normally respond within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s data protection authority, the CNPD.

Required information

You do not need to provide personal information to browse this website. If you contact us, we need enough contact and enquiry information to respond; without it, we may be unable to reply.

Automated decisions and children

We do not make decisions about visitors based solely on automated processing and do not create visitor profiles. This professional product website is not directed at children.

When the launch list opens

Before any email collection is activated, this notice and the signup language will be updated to explain the purpose, choices, providers, and retention that apply to that service.
